Pilates Group Courses

Join one of our small, friendly, community feel groups in welcoming and no judgemental environment and an atmosphere of relaxed focus, acceptance and kindness.
Enjoy transformative movement to feel centred, balanced, grounded, flexible, strong, confident, graceful, energised and relaxed, all while having fun!

Together we practice structured, easy to follow, full body exercise workouts, alternated with mats, resistant bands and stability balls. Most classes are intermediate/improvers level but mixed abilities, honouring and accommodating everyone’s unique expression and individual pace

Private Sessions 1:1

Private tuition provides focused attention for your unique needs or specific health requirements, but I would also recommend it for absolute beginners to get to know the basics and principles of the Pilates technique, before you are ready and happy to join the already established class.

It can help you to establish and develop your home practice, whether you wish to continue having private tuition or combine it with attending the group class.

Learn More About Pilates

Pilates is a unique technique of body control, strengthening and conditioning which targets the deep postural muscles (central core) to control movements in order to protect the spine and improve the posture.

The special breathing technique helps to focus the mind while you exercise the body, gradually improving your concentration and body awareness.

Pilates is a technique devised by Joseph Pilates in the mid 1920s and was practiced predominantly amongst professional dancers and performers.

It was not until the early years of this century, when someone very wise noticed what an amazing, effective and safe technique it is, for everybody to learn and practice that Pilates started to become popular and is now taught in many sport centres and private studios all over the world.
