I am here to share my gifts with you in the hope that they would inspire you, support you and help you to flourish and share your unique presence, talents and light with the world too!
I am an empath, an intuitive and an old soul but with a very youthful personality! and with years of practical experiences and spiritual soul connections with people of all genders, backgrounds, ages, cultures, religions and life circumstances and challenges.

By getting to know and listening to our body, we can connect with our super powers! And discover our unlimited potential to help us navigate and overcome all life challenges, transform toxic thoughts and energies and release physical tension, eliminate pain and often significantly ease and sometimes even completely heal some chronic illnesses.
It has literally saved my life in few difficult periods in my personal life, when I was struggling with my emotional wellbeing and helped me overcome many challenging, often traumatic, life changing experiences including grief, loss, overwhelm, anxiety and depression. Therefore, I feel like I am strong, empowering and compassionate to be able to support, coach and hold a space for everyone in need of carrying companionship and respectful guidance.
Through mindful movement and intuitive healing touch we can deeper connect with ourselves – our body awareness and intuition, with each other – bysharing experiences and space, and with nature – by getting in tune with our natural rhythms depending on our unique being, the nature seasons and collective cosmic energies.
With elements of Qigong, Energy Medicine, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing and Somatic Relaxation
Group Classes
In person or online, with a zoom recording of any missed session! Group classes are offered at a variety of times and levels, so you can find one that fits your schedule and needs.
Private Classes
Private classes are a great way to get personalised attention. You can focus on your individual goals and needs, and your experience will be tailored to your specific level of experience.
Taster Classes
Try Pilates without having to commit to a full-length class. Personalised assessment/ introductory class that both addresses your needs and explains the technique.

Our physical pain, discomfort and tension are often a manifestation of our mental state; unresolved trauma, unfulfilled needs, unexpressed emotions. Through noticing where they are showing up in our body and “being with them” we are giving ourselves a chance to be heard and that’s very often enough to acknowledge the problem and begin finding a solution!

Recently, I’ve discovered the profound impact of craniosacral therapy on animal healing. Blown away by the positive and rapid results, I am inspired to further explore and utilise this gift to assist as many animals as possible.
With each successful connection and healing experience, my dedication to improving animal well-being grows stronger. I am committed to continuing this journey of compassionate care and healing support for animals in need.

I love Ula’s Pilates classes. I always know I’ll be looked after and know which bits are being stretched whilst always being safe and not going to hurt my back. Her classes are some of the most lovely and personable that I’ve been to. Highly recommended.
Ula introduces Pilates in a calm, professional manner and in a way which is sensitive to the varied needs of her students. So, if you are concerned about your current fitness, age or infirmity this is the place to come to build that core strength!
I have been attending Ula’s Pilates classes for over 10 years and I love going for so many reasons. Ula is such a fabulous teacher, she is funny, encouraging and makes us work hard (except if you feel a bit poorly and then it is worth attending just to get the sympathy!). Her knowledge and teaching of Pilates is outstanding. I always look forward to my class and it has helped me so much both physically (someone said I had a firm tummy the other day ) and mentally (if I am feeling down before the class I always feel better after). As someone with a history of trying lots of things and not sticking to them, this is a huge accolade to Ula that I can’t keep away.
