I am passionate about making people feel special, comfortable, inspired, supported and relaxed through mindful movement practices and empowering energy healing treatments. I am here to share my gifts with you in the hope that they would inspire you, support you and help you to flourish and share your unique presence, talents and light with the world too!
Empathic Visionary
I am an empath, an intuitive and an old soul but with a very youthful personality! and with years of practical experiences and spiritual soul connections with people of all genders, backgrounds, ages, cultures, religions and life circumstances and challenges. I can read and feel energies not only of other people, but also places, objects, situations and plants and animals so have always been naturally drawn to psychology, movement and healing as well as creation of safe environment, sanctuaries of calm, peace and beauty.
Holistic Expertise
This website represents my life’s work, which encompasses teaching dance and Pilates, interior design, healing, and animal healing.
My lifelong passion for physical and spiritual fitness revolves around movement. As a Pilates teacher, dancer, craniosacral and massage therapist, and energy healer, I integrate various modalities to achieve holistic union.
I hold a MA in Pedagogy, Diploma in Contemporary Dance and Craniosacral Therapy, Level 3 Holistic Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. I also studied distant learning Interior Design, in KLC London and are continuously dedicated to my personal and professional growth.
My new additional passion is animal healing, which I am humbly and deeply moved about, as well as grateful to all the animals who are helping me to deepen my understanding about energy of love, compassion and unconditional acceptance.
With all my life knowledge, experience and passions I have created my own style of teaching Pilates with elements of different movement and healing modalities to be able to achieve beautiful holistic union of body, mind and spiritual fitness and wellbeing, which I have been sharing for over the past 20 years.
Life’s Purpose and My Approach
I am deeply interested in people stories and experiences and I feel that my main life purpose is to embrace, listen, inspire and support everyone in need of some unconditional acceptance, gentle and respectful coaching and encouragement especially in vulnerable times of transition and change.
The combination of grounding, cleansing, strengthening and stretching practises can assist us in any kind of transitions and changes both within ourselves and your lives, by bringing peace and balance.

Inspiration and Healing
By getting to know and listening to our body, we can connect with our super powers! And discover our unlimited potential to help us navigate and overcome all life challenges, transform toxic thoughts and energies and release physical tension, eliminate pain and often significantly ease and sometimes even completely heal some chronic illnesses.
It has literally saved my life in few difficult periods in my personal life, when I was struggling with my emotional wellbeing and helped me overcome many challenging, often traumatic, life changing experiences including grief, loss, overwhelm, anxiety and depression. Therefore, I feel like I am strong, empowering and compassionate to be able to support, coach and hold a space for everyone in need of carrying companionship and respectful guidance.
