The class consists of the 50 min workout and 10 min relaxation at the end. Mat workout alternates with Pilates on the ball every second week. I provide mats and bands for all my students, but the students are asked to buy their own ball.
COURSES are run on a monthly basis, using the membership system of 4 sessions/month £36, booked in advance, one week prior to the beginning of the course.
Before committing to a whole course I offer NEW STUDENTS the opportunity to attend a one-off TASTER SESSION (£10)
The group classes have limited spaces and vary in ability levels, therefore please contact me for more details 🙂
