The class consists of the 50 min workout and 10 min relaxation at the end.  Mat workout alternates with Pilates on the ball every second week. I provide mats and bands for all my students, but the students are asked to buy their own ball.

I run  6 to 8 WEEK COURSES, but before committing to a whole course I offer NEW STUDENTS the opportunity to attend a one-off  TASTER SESSION (£8)
